NEW DOBBIES APPLICATION - PLEASE READ URGENTLY

There is now a new revised Dobbies application in, on the Cheshire East Website Ref 09/3109M.

We want to thank every one for their previous support to Stop Dobbies and letters to the council, but point out that this is a NEW application and has a NEW ref number .Due to the workings of the planning system , all the letters of objection already sent with the old number (or no number at all ) DO NOT COUNT towards the NEW application .

So could please could every one who objected before resend their letters or a photocopy of the old letter bearing the NEW number to

or email to

Also any new objectors who wish the stop this INAPPROPRIATE USE of Green Belt land in Nether Alderley should do the same.

ALL OBJECTIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11th NOVEMBER 2009

Acceptable objections include:

Exterior Size, Design, Appearance and Layout of the plan.
Residential Amenity
Highway Safety
Impact on the area
Impact on Nature
Impact on Trees
Impact on Historic Buildings
Impact on the character of the area
Local, Regional and National planning policies i.e. Green Belt policy.

Any other objections such as boundary disputes, property rights and loss of property value are irrelevant so please avoid these objections.
