We want to thank every one for their previous support to Stop Dobbies and letters to the council, but point out that this is a NEW application and has a NEW ref number .Due to the workings of the planning system , all the letters of objection already sent with the old number (or no number at all ) DO NOT COUNT towards the NEW application . Dobbies sell clothes, a Cotton Traders outlet, furniture, not just garden furniture but conservatory and other large furniture, they have a butchers counter, a deli counter, sandwiches etc., gifts, cards,toys, they have a large licensed restaurant, they also happen to sell plants aswell.. they want a 400 + car park, a coach park, a childrens play area.. Same thing as they are proposing in Nether Alderley with a licensed restaurant and huge gift shop etc. Problem was that no-one went there and it became a "white Elephant".
